Happy Anniversary!

5 years ago, we celebrated one of the best days of our lives - our wedding day! We had an amazing time on Lake Travis with our family and friends!

Recipe Blog Hop!

Chicken Bundles - my sister once gave me this amazing recipe. We love it! And, I love this Blog Hop idea - I need new recipes!


1 can Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
1 (3 oz) Cream Cheese
5 or 6 green onions, chopped
Celery salt, to taste
2 C. cooked chicken, seasoned with salt and pepper

Mix cream cheese, green onions then add cooked chicken. Make the crescent rolls into squares (will make 4 servings). Place chicken mixture (1/2 C. to each square) and pull ends over and tie/twist. Bake 20-25 minutes at 350.

I usually serve with a veggie on the side or a good salad! Enjoy :)

A Big Mess....

Where's Pop?

Please forgive how pretty I look in this video...and look how talented the little man is. I put up pictures of Griffin's grandfathers so he would know who they were. We are making some progress here... He loves his Pop (my dad)! We are now learning Grandpa Charlie :)

We are back from Seaside, Florida! What an amazing trip to an awesome town! Griffin did SO well on our long journey. And, he loved the beach, but more importantly, he LOVED being with his cousin, Keaton. More pics to come as my sister took some great shots - including a family portrait. Here is a little peek into what we have been up to....
