What would a post be without a cute picture of this lil' dude?
My sweet blogger/grad school friend Julie (Everyday Emmons) tagged me in her post where you list 7 random facts about yourself. So because I love her and her cute blog, I will gladly fulfill her request!

7 random facts about me:

1. I get my PEOPLE magazine every Friday. You are not allowed to read it before me and try to tell me all the latest scoop (note to husband who does it to drive me crazy). I also do a quick flip through first then wait until later to read it all. Weird.


2. I wish I could play guitar and secretly want to learn.


3. I love to cook but have to have a recipe to follow. I can't make up dishes on my own.


4. When I eat at Chick Fil A (which is often), I eat my fries first then tackle my sandwich.


5. I hate green bell peppers but LOVE red ones.


6. Two of my favorite movies at GREASE 2 and THE PIRATE MOVIE. I can quote both and sing all the songs by heart. You're missing out if you haven't seen them. I own them if you want to borrow either one.


7. Everyday I look at Griffin and wonder what he will be when he grows up. I think President Reed, but that's just me.

The Best Spring Break EVER!

Griffin has had a very busy Spring Break, and we have loved every minute!

Our montly Dinner Club was at our house this month. I made tacos and margaritas - YUM. This is Griffin and Jackson Spencer - he is precious. The boys were chillin' at the man table.

Then, we spent St. Patty's day at Mi-Maw's house with Keaton. They love to hug!

We then took K and G to the rodeo carnvial. G's favorite thing to do was run free on the green hill. He was not too happy to be confined to the stroller again :)

We also spent Friday with Aunt Lori, Drake, and new baby Graham. Drake and G laughed so much. It was precious. G asked for Drake all the way home so more playdates are in our future for sure! I didn't get good pics because they were too fast!

Then, there's this....Hi, Keith (Urban, that is)

Our friends, the Saucedas, couldn't go to Keith so we upgraded our rodeo seats and look who stopped by?? My sister and I were shaking and screaming like a couple of teenagers.

Not looking forward to the return to work. Griffin is so fun and communicates so well. I have loved every second with him. Ten more weeks until summer!

Louisana and more!

We took a Fugler girls road trip to Louisiana this past weekend to meet my cousin's new sweet baby. G and Daddy made it a guys weekend in Stephenville - he must have had fun because he was tuckered out!

Just a quick Griffin update:

• He is now almost 17 months old and BUSY.
• He is still talking non-stop and apparently is learning Spanish. I won't even try to spell the words he is saying, but he knows how to say WATER, LET'S GO, MILK, and CAT in Spanish. There is probably more, but I have no idea what he is saying :)
• He knows how to work us now because whenever he wants something he says PEASE, MOMMY or PEASE, DADDY. Nice boy - he already has manners :)
• Hans and I think he will be either an auto mechanic, a pilot, or a bus driver by how excited he gets when he sees a car, plane, or school bus. Either that or he will stalk Elmo because he loves that guy A LOT.
• He is such a big boy at school. When I pick him up, he runs the other way. Guess he likes it!

Now to Louisiana - this is my sweet cousin Stacy. She is getting married in June and just bought a precious house with her fiance, Hab. I love them, and we loved drinking some wine on Saturday!!

He is blessed to have such a sweet mommy and daddy! Jonathan and Aimee, thank you for letting us come see him! Griffin can't wait to play with sweet Charlie.


We are home now enjoying our Spring Break. I love being with Griffin so much, and we have tons planned. Pictures to come!
